Cancellation Policy We want you to book with confidence. Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full tour price. Changes to your booking (date or time) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Exception: Tours canceled due to severe weather, safety concerns, or operator decisions will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Liability Waiver & Release of Liability By booking and participating in this tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Participation in the tour is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being throughout the experience. We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage to property, or any other harm that may occur during the tour, including but not limited to accidents, natural causes, third-party actions, or your own actions or negligence. You release the tour operator, guides, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your participation. You confirm you are in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that could interfere with your safe participation. If you have any concerns, please inform us before the tour begins. Important: This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book the tour.
