An Important Note on Seasonality
To ensure the best venues and highest quality during peak seasons (Spring & Autumn), we recommend starting the process early:

  • 12 months in advance or more (highly recommended for full customization)

  • FIT / Independent Travelers: We welcome reservations up to one year (12 months) in advance. For the best availability and customization, we recommend booking 4–7 months ahead — and earlier for peak seasons (cherry blossom, autumn foliage, Golden Week, etc.).
