With a maximum of just six guests, the tour offers an intimate and unhurried pace. Your journey begins with a charming ride on a retro cable car, gently ascending into the forested slopes of Mt. Ikoma. As the city fades into the distance, a quieter rhythm takes over—one shaped by nature, tradition, and spiritual devotion. At the heart of the experience lies Hozanji Temple, a sacred temple known for its deep connection to prosperity and everyday faith. Unlike the grand and crowded temples of Kyoto, Hozanji reveals itself gradually—through lantern-lined paths, the soft fragrance of incense, and moments of quiet prayer. Hidden Nara: Sacred Hozanji Sky Temple Meeting Point: In front of the Central Ticket Gate (中央改札口) at Kintetsu Ikoma Station. Look for our group (or guide with a sign). We'll meet there, then walk together ~3 minutes to Toriimae Station (鳥居前駅) for the Ikoma Cable Car to Hozanji Temple.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full tour price. Changes to your booking (date or time) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Exception: Tours canceled due to severe weather, safety concerns, or operator decisions will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
